Refund policy

At Pellelixir, we take great care in ensuring that every serum bottle you receive is of the highest quality. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for used or opened products.

However, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, we’re here to help:

  • Product is damaged or leaking upon delivery
  • You’ve received an expired product
  • There’s a manufacturing defect

In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement of the affected product.

To be eligible for a replacement:
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.Include clear photos and video of the damaged, expired, or defective product along with your order number.The product must be unopened and unused unless the issue pertains to leakage or damage during shipping.
  1. The defective or damaged product needs to be returned to us before we issue a replacement or a refund.
  2. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund, as per your choice.

We reserve the right to inspect the issue before approving a replacement. Once validated, we’ll ship a new unit at no additional cost to you.

Products purchased during promotional sales or offers are also non-refundable and non-returnable, unless damaged in transit.
